Our love for what we once experienced when we first came to goa, captivated us to make it happen again for others around us. Soham began, first through simple apartments and eventually to complete villas that capture the essence of goa.

One thing that has stayed consistent in all these years is our attempt to deliver the warmth of a friend in our assistance and the comfort of a home in our properties, luxury just happens to be the genre for it.
