Please refrain from smoking indoors. You can smoke outdoors, in the balconies, pool-side lounge and all the other outdoor spaces your villa has.

Currently we are not able to accomodate pets in our villas. We are working on a solution so that pets can be welcomed.

All our villas are equipped with washing-machines on-site. Let your on-site caretaker know and he will take care of it for you.

Some reservations and bookings made through specific channels are unchangeable. Please contact your Villa Advisor for more information.

Cancellation made before fourteen days (two weeks) prior to the booked date won’t be charged. Any advance paid will be refunded in full.

Cancellation less than fourteen days (two weeks) before the booked date will be charged 100% of the advance amount paid.

Yes, we can arrange rental motorcycles or 4-wheelers for you on request. Please let your Villa Advisor know in advance so we can make the arrangements.
